Whilst food hunting for all the prime locations in Auckland to try, I fell in love with &Sushi through the pixels of my screen. The vibrant, faultless, 'almost too good to eat' serves of sushi which decorate their Instagram made me certain I had to make a definite pit stop here. This modern, aesthetic cafe with a mix of a Swedish design through whites and beige woods made it easy on the eye, and allowed for the focus to draw to the edible masterpieces.Whilst their are an assortment of sushi to choose from, each individual shines through and definitely lives up to its beautiful expectations. With a large variety of different flavours; respecting both the traditional take whilst incorporating a beautiful, innovative and modern twist. The prices are also very pocket friendly, and certainly worth the visit.
